All spa covers are custom made to your dimensions and cannot be returned or cancelled once production has begun (usually within 2 business days after your order has been submitted.

Spa covers are shipped by common carrier to tractor trailer accessible areas only. Refusal to accept a shipment does not constitute a cancellation of your order or entitle you to a refund.

By completing and submitting your order, you are acknowledging that you are authorized to charge on the specified credit card and you are authorizing Spa Cover Group to debit your charge account by the amount indicated.
